Accounts
  1. You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account.
  2. All personal information you provide to us through your account will be handled by your trainer. All uploads to the chat and to the platform itself will be compressed and will lose its original size.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using the Site illegally or if you violate the Terms and Conditions

Third Party Goods and Services

The Site offers services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of services made. The services provided for us have been carefully evaluated but there is always room for human errors.

Guarantees

The following guarantees apply to the Site:

  • Cancelling at any time without any restrictions. The monthly paid amount already paid will be in the possession of PTPro Ltd. The cancellation will go into effect immediately. You can still use the account to the end of the due date. Your account, its uploads and the provided payment information will be deleted from the database.
Links to Other Websites

The Site contains links to third party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party websites or services linked to on the Site. It is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions and privacy policies of these third party websites before using their sites

Limitation of Liability

PTPro Ltd, our employees and all the companies and organizations we cooperate with will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site

Our platform and its AI feature are offered without warranties or guarantees, and users utilize them at their own risk. Any reliance on this tool is solely at the discretion of the trainers, and our platform cannot be held liable for any outcomes or consequences resulting from its use.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless PTPro Ltd, the employees, companies and organizations from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of the Site on your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, FL.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions.
